摘要
:
脑缺血炎症反应在缺血性脑损害中发挥着重要作用。在脑缺血后的不同时相,缺血区产生各种炎性细胞因子诱导黏附分子表达,并进一步促进白细胞浸润,产生炎症反应,加重脑损伤。在不同的时相,针对炎症反应的不同环节加以干预,有可能成为治疗脑梗死新的有效途径。抗炎症药物与溶栓治疗联合应用能扩大卒中治疗的时间窗。
