摘要：

体表心电图QRS波时限在临床上是简单而实用的指标,目前临床上多采用QRS波时限来判定是否存在心脏收缩不同步,QRS波时限越宽,说明心室电激动顺序和机械收缩的同步性越差,左室收缩功能也就越差,所以将宽QRS波时限做为心脏再同步治疗(CRT)的入选标准之一,但是实际上临床发现部分QRS波时限不宽的患者也能从CRT中受益。CRT术后部分心衰患者QRS波时限明显缩短,心功能得到明显改善,但也有部分患者QRS波时限并未缩短,心功能也得到了明显的改善。
