摘要：

近几年,商务模式成为国内外实业界与理论界十分关注的问题,通过对国内外商务模式的相关理论研究进行回顾,梳理出目前商务模式理论研究的主要问题,包括商务模式的内涵与实质、构成要素,以及其与企业战略、技术的关系,并在此基础上提出未来的研究展望。
