摘要：

本文对急性缺血性卒中静脉溶栓治疗后出现症状性脑出血并发症的危险因素及相关预测模型进行综述,通过比较不同的预测模型的特点及其应用价值,以期为临床实践获得可靠的指导急性缺血性卒中治疗决策和选择合适静脉溶栓病例的量化辅助工具。
