摘要：

<正>青年脑卒中是指45岁以下成人发生的脑卒中[1],与老年脑卒中相比,其在病因学方面有其特殊性和复杂性。众多研究表明,青年脑卒中以缺血性为主,出血性次之。且缺血性与出血性脑卒中的病因不同,尤以缺血性脑卒中更为复杂,因此,青年缺血性脑卒中的病因探讨备受关注。
