摘要：

<正> 根据心电图ST段是否抬高而将急性冠状动脉综合征(acute coronary syndrome, ACS)分为ST段抬高的ACS和ST段不抬高的ACS,前者多演变成ST段抬高的急性心肌梗死(ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction, STEMI),而后者包括不稳定性心绞痛(UAP)和ST段不抬高的急性心肌梗死(non-ST-segment elevation myocardial infarction,NSTEMI)。这一划分符合时代的需要,对临床做出治疗决策有重要意义。ACS患者的治疗在大型综合医院或较大的心脏中心,其药物治疗、经皮冠脉介入干预(PCI)与外科冠状动脉旁路移植术(CABG)的比例几乎各占1/3,然而就我国目前的情况,在大多数医院,药物处置仍占据相当大的比重。近年来,随着心血管疾病治疗中一些新型药物的广泛使用和一些大规模临床试验的开展,心血管病循证医学得到迅速的发展,这使得ACS的规范化治疗得到了进一步贯彻与提高,尤其是在ACS的药
