人本主义理念下的智慧城市空间组织研究

摘要：

在信息技术快速发展和智慧城市建设上升为国家战略的背景下,新型城市空间形态与组织形式出现,传统城市空间研究范式面临转型。基于人本主义理念,从智慧空间的演化动力、社会形态、组织特征、规划管治四个方面研究智慧城市的空间组织。从智慧产业空间、智慧社交空间、个体行为空间、居民社区空间、人的意象空间五方面探讨智慧城市新的空间形态,以及集聚与扩散、创新与弹性、实体与虚拟的空间组织特征。研究认为,信息时代城市空间内涵和外延都已发生变化,新型城镇化战略下的智慧城市空间规划重点,在于依托信息技术推进空间形态优化和空间组织效率的提升,并高度体现以人为本的价值观。
