<正>vWF主要由血管内皮细胞合成,巨核细胞和血小板亦有极少量合成。静息状态下vWF是以二硫键相连的多聚体形式储存在Weibel-Palade小体内,当内皮细胞损伤、异常活化或受到凝血酶等物质刺激时,vWF可以在30 min内被释放入血液循环。vWF在血小板黏附到内皮下结构的过程
