<正>1病例介绍患者,男,31岁。因"头痛伴头晕6 d,左侧偏身持续麻木4 d"于2014年9月25日入院。患者于2014年9月19日无明显诱因下出现间断枕部疼痛,胀痛感,伴有头晕,视物旋转,伴恶心、呕吐数次,量多,开始为胃内容物,后为咖啡样物,大汗,自觉体温升高,无意识改变、肢体力弱、抽搐、二便失禁等,就诊于当地医院,颅脑计算机断层扫描(computed tomography,CT)未见异常高密度影,磁共振成像(magnetic
