产业集群升级:内涵、关键要素与机理分析

摘要：

在分析、借鉴产业集群竞争力、产业集群演化理论的基础上,研究界定了产业集群升级的内涵,同时给出影响产业集群升级的关键要素:(1)网络结构(动态要素);(2)知识行为(动态要素);(3)知识结构(静态要素)。本文具体探讨,关键要素对产业集群升级的作用机理,据此将产业集群升级过程分为四个动态序列阶段:(1)知识衰退阶段;(2)知识更替阶段;(3)知识跃迁阶段;(4)知识稳固阶段。
