脂肪及细胞因子与非酒精性脂肪性肝病关系的研究进展

摘要
过去认为脂肪因子是一类由脂肪细胞分泌的细胞因子或激素。研究发现其不仅来自脂肪组织的分泌,也来自于肝。肥胖是非酒精性脂肪性肝病(nonalcoholic fatty liver desease,NAFLD)的独立危险因素之一,而某些脂肪及细胞因子的调节异常会通过一系列的反应使脂肪肝患者体内的脂肪含量增加。现有研究发现,脂肪及细胞因子如视黄醇结合蛋白4(retinol binding protein 4,RBP4)、胎球蛋白-A(fetuin A,FA)、脂肪细胞型脂肪酸结合蛋白(adipocyte fatty acid binding protein,AFABP)、颗粒蛋白前体与NAFLD密切相关,深入了解和研究脂肪及细胞因子与NAFLD的关系有助于NAFLD的有效防治。
