IT能力如何提高供应链的竞争优势:整合与敏捷协调视角的研究

摘要：

供应链整合和敏捷之间存在"矛盾"和"转化"两种观点的争论。本研究基于协调理论提出了实现供应链竞争优势的第三种途径——协调机制,即通过建立基于信息系统的发展性构架与动态性调整可以实现两者的有效协调。基于196家企业调查数据的实证研究,发现IT能力不仅有助于提高供应链整合与敏捷,还能实现两者的协调,从而创造供应链管理的刚柔并济获取更好的竞争优势。
