网络嵌入性、企业知识能力与知识权力

摘要：

引入网络嵌入性作为企业的外部联结属性,探讨技术创新网络中企业知识能力与企业知识力之间的关系,构建网络嵌入性——企业知识能力——企业知识权力的研究模型,并进行实证研究。结果表明企业维持恰当水平的关系嵌入强度对于企业知识获取能力有着正向的作用,适当的增加弱联结的比例和数量有利于提升企业获取知识的能力,此外,企业可从企业的网络嵌入性和企业知识能力两方面入手来提升企业知识权力。
