摘要
:
EVIDENCE has been presented for specific retention of oestrogens in the hypothalamus after systemic administration of radioactive oestradiol1-6. It was postulated that this was attributable to macromolecules in the hypothalamus with a large affinity for oestradiol. I now offer evidence consistent with this hypothesis. © 1969 Nature Publishing Group.
