摘要
In the determination of the brightness of planetary halos, and in the analysis of atmospheric data obtained by rockets, satellites, and spaceships, it is necessary to take into account the spherical geometry of planetary atmospheres. In this paper is given an invariant imbedding formulation for the angular distribution of diffusely reflected radiation over the surface of an inhomogeneous, anisotropically scattering, planetary atmosphere illuminated by uniform parallel rays. © 1970.
