摘要：

Ocular lesions related to chloroquine toxicity in swine were confined to the retina and consisted of edema, a ganglion cell degeneration, and the presence of hyaline bodies, considered to be degeneration products. Chemical analyses revealed concentration of chloroquine in the choroid and persistence of the drug in the different ocular layers. Ophthalmoscopic examination revealed numerous white spots on the retina which probably represented focal edema. © 1969.
