摘要
Methods were developed where selective homonuclear spin decoupling is used for the identification of the spin systems of individual amino acid residues in J-resolved two-dimensional high field 1H n.m.r. spectra of proteins. Experiments with the basic pancreatic trypsin inhibitor are shown to illustrate the practical application of these new techniques. © 1979.
