摘要
At the end of an action potential of a Purkinje fiber the membrane potential was clamped for several 100 msec to different potential levels and the resulting pacemaker current was recorded. The reversal potential of the pacemaker current was determined at different concentrations of extracellular potassium ions and was shown to follow the Nernst-equation. Almost the same reversal potentials were found when the current-voltage relation was recorded by means of a ramp function. © 1969 Springer-Verlag.
